Fantastic location across from the falls. Very walkable. Staff is very friendly. No elevators, but only 2 floors. Great place for families.

A 50 year family business, a breakfast omelette bar, great people - super clean!!! In the center of Idaho Falls and a RIVER VIEW!!!! Awsome!

Did a last minute overnight stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved that the river was right across the street. Went for a nice walk with our kids after a long drive. Room was nice and beds comfy. The breakfast had great options! Would definitely stay there again.

This family-run property had many unique features that were exceptional, including an omelet station at breakfast and a location directly across the street from the Idaho Falls themselves. In the center of town, the area is set up for tourists with a number of good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

This is a clean and well maintained motel. We had a room with a kitchenette. Everything was provided. The room was spacious and reasonably priced! All the staff were helpful and friendly! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plan on making it our go to place to stay whenever we visit our family in Idaho Falls!

Easy access and safety for my family. Guest friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. This is my second year staying in the same hotel at Idaho falls and I will be returning next Xmas. Thanks again.

Loved it.. Great views of the river, lots to do with the family in close proximity, great breakfast with eggs made to order by two wonderful ladies.. staff was amazing.. very clean and a pool!

Staff was excellent, so helpful in letting us use bikes. Very tolerable of kids wanting to blow off energy. Very helpful for breakfast options and pool, sauna and fitness room. hotel was so close to bicycle walking path and parks. I never knew that i liked idaho falls . And know im planning our next trip. So fun.

My kid thought the spa was absolutely amazing. He would have spent all day in there. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had. So much delicious food! Hotel was cozy and very close to everything in town I needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this hotel and it’s been spectacular both times. We will only stay here when we come to Idaho! Staff was amazing and friendly. Cleaning staff was amazing and our room was always clean. I believe the young man’s name was Dawson was kind and friendly. He also gave advice for things for us to do. Breakfast was outstanding. We stay in a lot of hotels and this is the best breakfast our family has ever had. I could go on and on about this hotel. Management should be very proud that they have such a great staff.
