We loved our stay here! We checked in late, but the employee who checked us in went above and beyond. She even made cookies for the kids and gave us waters and snacks. It was clean and comfortable. She went above and beyond to help us make adjustments to our rooms and never made us feel like a burden. Great experience! The restaurant next door was absolutely wonderful too! Beuatiful views and location on the river!

We are local but booked a room so the grandkids could swim. The pool is indoors and right on the river. Water was perfect and the kids had a blast.

Specially stayed here because of the pool so the kids could swim. It was awful. There was a huge birthday party about 30 people taking up the whole place. Most of the people not even staying at the hotel. Kids were snorkeling, jumping, using floaties in the hot tub. The pool was so full of kids we could barely swim. Very disappointing stay. Also hotel was very noisy. We could hear other rooms tvs and every car going by.

Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Location is under construction nearby. Our neighbors had kids running up and down all night/morning so less than ideal for work

We stay at this hotel every year when we visit family. It has been great every time. Highly recommend this facility.
