Staff were so nice and supportive, the restaurant was great, and the room was awesome. We stayed in the suite with the Xbox and the kids bunk beds. Lots of outlets. The pool was really nice and the gym had a pretty solid setup for a hotel gym.

Nice upgrades give this hotel a modern vibe. However, you can't miss the old signature Holiday Inn bathtub and heavy bathroom door... walls are paper thin and i heard every conversation the kids had next door -- including their game on the TV. Front desk staff were very courteous and kind.

Loved that the room had bunk beds for our two kids, they were super excited! A gaming console and bean bag chairs! It was partitioned off from the king size bed, so offered a bit of privacy! Room was spacious and clean and sink and mirror were separate from toilet and shower so no issues with the 4 of us trying to get ready at the same time! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Always had a smile for us! Downside- no free breakfast but we knew that ahead of time! However 11 and younger ate free at the restaurant which was perfect for our 9 and 10 year old! Breakfast was hot and delicious! Across the (busy) street from several restaurants and not far from the mall! Kids love to swim, me not so much, pool area was VERY warm to the point of uncomfortable so some a/c, ceiling fans or the ability to open a door or window to the outside to get the air circulating would’ve been nice! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again our next time in Twin!

This was a great spot to stay on our way to Yellowstone. We stayed for two nights to explore the area. It’s in a great location with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The restaurant was fantastic. Opt in for the included breakfast, they did not disappoint. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun. Travelled with two kids and a senior citizen.

So $14. For a small box of animal crackers and a box on nestle dibs? You're not an amusement park. What is a "incidental fee" of $50? It is still posted though its been several days. The noise: heard every call to the front desk, every car, guy upstairs snoring, kids talking loud in the lobby from 1030 to close to midnight. You need management refresh and policy rehash! I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you want/need rest. For the quality of your restaurant food your wsy over priced. The public owes you nothing! Grifters

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Super clean, and kid friendly. We got a suite with bunk beds, has its own little area for the kids with a play station. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town for soccer!

The hotel put us in a handicapped room for wheel chair access and no one in our family needed that. I wish they would have saved it for someone who could use it. The water was impossible to keep in the shower. The front desk people were very friendly Not a very “small” kid friendly hotel. The breakfast was ok, but, I wish they had a breakfast buffet.
