Not up to my expectations for a high end resort.
Did not come close to what we have experienced at other Four Seasons.
$1800 a night for an ocean view room, which had only 1 small desk chair to sit in the room. When it was raining, or at night, we had to sit on the bed to watch tv. Others have said that kids from Disney (next door) could be annoying at the beach, however this hotel was also full of screaming young kids and babies ( plus dogs). Extremely overpriced options and dining. Charging exorbitant prices does not mean the food or service is extraordinary. $22 for a mai tai that tasted so bad we would not drink it. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, high-end resort, this is not it.

You guys are so great, so accommodating, so friendly, and kind! Your restaurants are excellent! The room was PERFECT. My 13 year old loved your fitness center. The only little tiny issue that I had - and I know that there is nothing you can do about this - is that there were so many screaming kids at the beach all the time. I really want peace and quiet when I'm on vacation because I'm a teacher! Ha ha! I want to be away from kids :) Otherwise, everything was amazing.

A . Love the way the property manages kids as well as adults who need quiet time. Noe is outstanding. Room and view were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Not the same experience we had at other Four Seasons. However, the property grounds are beautiful, the beach is perfect for a family with kids (not for the ocean swimming lover), and the restaurants and entertainment were good as well.

The resort shares a beach with the neighboring Disney hotel. The beach is a giant kiddie pool. Screaming kids are everywhere- even in the expensive restaurants. Not a place for couples/singles.

A lovely stay from start to finish. Even though there was a large sales winners corporate group there (and they could be loud and overwhelming—especially at the adults pool), the resort was amazing. The service was top-notch, the rooms were incredibly plush and welcoming (we watched the sunset from our balcony every night—what a thrill), and the pools and beach were delightful. The beach is shared with the Disney resort next door so it can be loud with lots of little kids, but doesn’t take away from the experience. The cove is very calm so you can snorkel and paddleboard without fear of waves. We spent most of our time at the adults heated infinity pool, which is fantastic. The food was fine—nothing spectacular and expensive, as expected—but there are plenty of options for casual and more formal dining. The staff was extremely kind and warm, and they make the resort feel special. I would happily return here again!
