I had a late flight and have asked to checkout a day prior and the front desk said they can accomodate my family to checkout at 6pm on the day of our flight with a fee of $100. I agreed to do that and was disappointed that the hotel did not honor what was promised. On that day, they said their rooms were all booked. I don’t understand why their staff did not gave the right information to me. Our family was left stranded from 11am checkout time to the time we went to the airport at 8pm. Our flight was at 10:38pm. I am very disappointed with the service.

Property was fine enough. Staff was friendly. But the double beds were tiny so for a family of 4, it was a tight fit. Only two bath towels provided in the room, no extra blankets for the beds. I’m sure they would have brought some to the room but we arrived after dark and were exhausted. No airport shuttle. The cost of transportation to the airport could have been put towards bigger room or nicer hotel.

Well you get what you pay for. I paid for convenience and having everything accessible wothout needing to rent a car for my 9 day vacation. My kids and I could walk 1 block to the beach and enjoyed all the ABC stores at each street. Room was quaint, clean and staff was professional at all times.
Downside is staying at Waikiki its loud and room walls not so thick. Could hear footsteps from room above and each time they open/closed glass balcony door. Could hear rooms to the side when they left or came back into their room with door being shut. Hotel across was loud with party seemingly each night. I'm a light sleeper, so wish I had brought sound canceling headphones or something to drown out the noise. That being said I know I saved a significant amount compared if I had stayed at turtles bay like I wished to.

Really clean, fantastic friendly service (especially Bell Service!) and so close to the beach. We traveled with a toddler and baby and the proximity to the beach was amazing. We will definitley stay again!

The staff was friendly and the hotel cleaned. I felt that at the breakfast area were a little disorganized. No enough tables and couples taking tables for 4-6 people. If the hotel personnel assign tables, it would probably be more organized and less waiting time to find table for families.

Excellent hotel just a stones throw away from Waikiki. Would recommend to family & friends. One downside, neighboring hotel plays very loud music ... and terrible music at that ... until midnight.

Very good location, easy to walk around and close to the beach. The staff are very nice and helpful. They gave us a couple of hours after the check-out time, so my young kid can take a nap before heading out. I already recommended this hotel to my friends.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. We booked the city view room with double beds and the room was pretty small. It felt very cramped for a family of four but the room was very clean. The breakfast included was nothing to write home about. As basic a breakfast as it could get. Like, very basic! They had two waffle makers but the lines were always so long. They should just make the waffles in the kitchen and set them out instead of making the guests make them. They did offer hot breakfast at their restaurant for a discounted price. I believe it was $6-$8, but we did not partake. The location of the hotel was great. It was less than five minutes walk to all the high end shopping areas and the beach. We were able to walk to several different beaches which was nice. It was also very short drives to other points of interests in and around Waikiki. The area is very touristy and very crowded but we didn't mind that too much. Also felt very safe. There were so many shops around the resort, we finished our souvenir shopping on the first night, just walking up and down the main strip. Wish they would reduce the resort fee. On one really used the pool. Walked by it a few times and it was always empty. It was small and why swim at the pool when the beach was minutes away. Felt I was paying too much in "resort fees," to borrow beach towels. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Pretty OK hotel for the price, the facility is a bit dated but kept clean and in good condition, and there were free DVD rentals which the kids liked. On the other hand, the room had only one, non-full-sized mirror and there was construction going on across the street the whole stay which started early in the morning, so not very quiet. And the continental breakfast had plenty, but the wait staff constantly reminded everyone that it absolutely closes at 9:30 a.m. because they have to go home. So you couldn't arrive at 9:00 a.m. and take your time comfortably, or relax with your last cup of coffee after 9:30 a.m., they would literally kick you out. Otherwise, we had a good stay.
