Hilton Waikiki Beach

With kids we had four people in a room. Even though I informed the front desk a couple times that we needed four bath towels but we kept getting three towels every day for the entire week and I had to keep asking for an extra towel. The room was dusty, the dresser and desk were not wiped clean every day. The staff were friendly.

The hotel is easy access to Waikiki beach and other landmarks. The staff is very friendly. The view of my room is spectacular. I would suggest this hotel to my family and friends.

This was our first time visiting Honolulu.We chose to stay at the Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort for our first week.Then with family for our second week and our last three days back at the Hilton. During our first week at the Hilton we were so excited to be staying on the 37th floor. The view was amazing but our balcony had a lot of bird poop on it. This kept us from enjoying it as much as we would have liked. It didn’t get cleaned until we informed a manager. This was after at least 4 days of us being there. We decided to call attention to it after our room also didn’t get cleaned for at least 2 days during our time. When we checked out at the end of our first week I was told it was because they were short handed. I did get a sincere apology and was told my resort fees would be waived. I thought that was great customer service but I was really surprised to get a call from a woman on the morning of 19th the day we were returning for our last 3 days to tell me she also wanted to upgrade our room to the presidential suite. I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name, but my family and I thank you so much for the upgrade the room was so beautiful just as beautiful as the ocean view. Thank you again for the great customer service. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was good size for a family of 4 but it is for sure a bit dated. The pool on the 10th floor and the mini golf were perfect for the kids and for us to relax. It’s a block from the main strip and the beach where all the stores are. Very walkable and convenient. I’d stay there again for sure.

My family and I lack no microwave, rooms could have been bigger. The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I recommend that you add larger refrigerator and microwaves. Location was easy accessible.

I was very disappointed the the property no longer had live entertainment. We had to go to the outrigger for good music and wine. Also disappointed with only being allowed 1 beach chair per room. My last stay at Hyatt, they accommodated the family. The pool is nice, but without a windbreak, it is unusable.

Great food and hotel service! It was my family and I’s first time in Hawaii and Hilton didn’t fail us. The staff were very accommodating and have smiles on their faces. I will keep booking at Hilton from now on.

It’s not kid friendly. There is no tub or stool to use sink for kids. The rails on the balcony are easy for kids to fall through. The carpet is terrible and feels dirty. The restaurant food is too expensive for the quality.

It is a good location but definitely not what we were expecting for a Hawaiin “resort”. If you’re going with kids I would recommend somewhere else. The pool broke, you only get one item to use at the beach, you have to request a room cleaning. Wasn’t awful but wasn’t great.
