Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta NE - Duluth, an IHG Hotel

The Supervisor that I spoke with during the night shift was rude. She advised me that I should be happy that I received the room that they gave me instead of the room I requested due to it costing more. She proceeded to speak to me with an upset tone of voice and an attitude as if she was the person with an issue. They provided me with 1 bed instead of the 2 beds I requested. My children were highly uncomfortable and we got no sleep. Horrible customer service and no consideration for guest.

Everything about this hotel was great, perfect for my family.

My husband and I stayed here because we were in town visiting family, and this was a great location for us to get to everyone and everything. The hotel was welcoming, clean, and modern. The staff was very courteous. Everything was great. We will stay here again when we come over. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is the sofa bed picture, I end up making a pallet on the floor for my kid because I didn’t want him sleeping on that filthy disgusting bed.

super convenient location. easy access to highways too. breakfast included too and my kids enjoyed it so much.

This place was nasty! The spa is still not working and in four days we saw nobody working on it. We found a ball of hair folded into one of our towels and what we hope was chocolate stains on the sheets upon arrival. The sheets were changed the next morning upon our leave a card n the pillow request. The pull out couch was uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. The wallpaper had been removed from the hallways leaving an unwelcoming look. They were sanding the drywall one day upon our return back which caused breathing problems for my child. When we finally checked out, we took the pile of hair that lived in the corner of our bedroom with us which in turn was told they could do nothing about it since we used an outsourced website and it was prepaid. I also let them know about the bobby pins so the next people did not have to look at them like we did. A very dirty place and highly disappointed they would do nothing about it! Look elsewhere for a nice clean place to stay.

The family really enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast was good and had many choices. The kids loved the pool and the room was decent. Hotel staff was very pleasant. Overall I would certainly stay again.

Took the family here for a Day trip to Atlanta. Had a nice time hotel staff was nice. No negitive things to verbalize about this place.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it had a hot tub. When I got there, it wasn't working. The guy at the front desk was far from pleasant. Also, there were escorts roaming the hotel. Not a great family oriented environment.
