La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Braselton

At check in, I had a few room requests. Mr. “J” was extremely nice and accommodating! Our room was clean and fresh, staff was friendly and welcoming! Our family had a great experience at La Quinta -Braselton Ga.

We had a wonderful stay. Definitely will book again when in town to visti family.

I am an avid 4/5 star hotel goer and even then I always arrive with my own linens, towels and cleaning supplies. When I got to our room it looked clean but still, I wiped down the bed frames and furniture. I noticed there wasn’t any dust or dirt on the cloth and it was just as clean as before I used it. I was literally shocked. I moved on to clean the bathroom but even it was already in top shape. Still, I wiped everything down using a white cloth and there was literally nothing on the rag. This hotel was cleaner than many of the 4 AND 5 star hotels I visited . The salt water pool was very clean, no nasty looking film floating on the surface, the chairs were in good shape and there was even a lounge area with a modern fire pit. The staff was professional, courteous and attentive. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of options, and there was something for everyone including pancakes, cereals, breads, muffins, eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, juices, tea, and coffee. I am simply blown away at our experience considering this is a “3 star” hotel. I chose this location because of the great reviews and location and it did not disappoint. Thank you La Quinta for contributing to an awesome experience for our family!

This was our second time staying at this hotel while visiting family in the area. Both times I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Our air conditioner was not working properly when we arrived at 11:00 pm. Once we realized the room would was not going to cool down and notified the front desk, we were promptly moved to a nice cool room a a few steps away. The lobby and breakfast area are large and lovely. It was a great gathering space for our multiple family units, and the children enjoyed the pool! Very clean hotel with a very accommodating staff, although they are short handed as all service industries seem to be at this time.

We traveled from the UK for a family wedding and everything was going fine until the night manager Sonia became irate and threw my young female cousin out of the hotel for ordering pizzas. We felt discriminated as a non-white part-indigenous family with some same sex couples. We have travelled around the world many times and have never experienced this kind of service or discriminatory experience. We just wanted to have a nice evening without the drama of a poor management. This has destroyed my image of La Quinta hotels and I will never book this chain again or any Wyndham hotel chain again. This is an expensive hotel that is more like a motor motel with very horrible service. A family wedding has been ruined for nothing more than pizzas to feed our family after a very great celebration. Terrible.
