The hotel was in good conditions. Rooms were spacious and clean. Need to update the bathroom. Pool/hot tub and patio were great for the kids. My only complaint was their was no complimentary water in the rooms. Water was way over priced and so were the adult beverages. Approx $8 for a beer. Way to much for the Hyatt. Staff was helpful and friendly. No

I like the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpful staff. Nice people in your staff. What i did not enjoy, and this is something which you cannot control is a large contingent of kids as part of a soccer team. I was young once so i get it: they are valued guests too. Problem was that often times they were inconsiderate. Cutting the breakfast line, running around the halls etc. And when the all go to enjoy the pool, they take over and many other guests reluctantly leave.

It was an ok stay. Perfect location to catch our early morning flight. Service was very good. Even offered my 4 children bagels since we had to leave at 3:45 am. The room itself was large ( which was great for our family), the pull out couch didn’t look very clean, the air conditioner was extremely loud which made it very difficult to sleep for the few hours we had. I did let the gentlemen in the morning know about the air conditioner so they can get it fixed before anyone else has the same issue. He was very apologetic and helpful. He was going to leave a note for management.

Our family of six and small dog all stayed comfortably for four nights. I always appreciate a free, hot breakfast but get there early because there were days when the hot items had run out by 9:15. The dog walking areas are limited on the property but there is a lot next door if you walk on the sidewalk for a minute. The only other thing we missed was a microwave in our room. The staff was wonderful and our room was clean. There is a small “cafe” where you can purchase drinks and candy bars. I also saw cookies and cupcakes on different days. I would recommend paying cash and not charging it to your room because there was a $20 difference on the same items on different days.

Our flight was cancelled and Hyatt Place came through for us big time! We were able to have an early check in and a late check out. We ended up with a suite which gave us and our kids extra space to spread out for the extended time we were there, as we didn't have a car to go anywhere. We had a room very close to the lobby, which worried me a bit, but the hotel was very quiet so worried for no reason! The free breakfast was also a big hit with our family. Thank you!!

Have stayed here several times in the past while visiting family in Sarasota. Location is convenient, hotel is always spotless, and now back to their breakfast buffet. I will certainly be back.

Stay was ok. Very noisy as there was many dogs barking and children loud in hallway. Pool had a dirty film on bottom which was very disappointing. Price was high for what you got.
