We had a death in the family and ended up having to make some last minute adjustments. Erica was extremely helpful and kind. Valet parking Brian was very helpful and always smiling. Fantastic service… truly made us feel at ease during a very difficult time.

Safety was a concern. They would give your room key to anyone who asked. No ID- no questions asked. Pool was dirty and my kids couldn’t swim in it. Location is great

My room smelled strongly of cat pee. I reported this to the management and they informed me that Hilton recently made them turn every room into a “pet friendly” room. They were unable to move us because they were fully booked. We booked 3 rooms that night for other family members. Ours was the only one that smelled like cat pee. It was gross!
