We enjoy staying at Homewood Suites, and always reserve the 2 bedroom/2 bath suite however there was a mixup and we did not get the suite that we reserved. Nonetheless, the staff and the atmosphere was very nice. The grandkids enjoyed visiting us and swimming in the pool. The morning breakfasts were delicious. This is our go-to place when visiting the Tampa Bay Area.

We enjoyed our week stay here. Everything was clean with the property and tidy. We had our furbaby with us. My only negative is the property needs some work. We ate from the buffet a couple of times. They had many options for breakfast but the food was average. With that said we did enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. There are many restaurants close by and plenty of shopping options. We would stay again.

The breakfast was ruined from disgusting people coughing all over everything. Need to keep sick people out of breakfast area. The pool was a wild free for all with uncontrolled kid’s running everywhere jumping pool to pool with big ridiculous rafts in a tiny pool. Eating and throwing wrappers on the ground. People claiming tables around pool with items all day long even when they weren’t there and before it was open.

Besides noticing that some of the cushions need replacing being all torn up on the ends the carpets need cleaning as well. Breakfast is atrocious and house cleaning is a joke. Supposed to get it every other day I received it once in 6 days even after mentioning it to them. Requested to away from the road and kids and i was placed far end but near the road so you had road noise and next room was FULL of kids and the people were pigs leaving their mess in the hallway which again I mentioned to the front desk. Although they did clean up the mess the noise was still there. I can't see how you can have that many people in one room.

This hotel is not in a great area but it is next to Route 19 so easy access on and off to where you have to go. This hotel may not be in a good location but it is a little oasis so there is no reason to leave. The heated outside pool was always full and kids had a great time. The people I met there were friendly and nice, the staff was great and knowledgably. I love the wednesday happy hour another reason not to leave the property. The breakfast was exactly what people wanted just enough and it was always being replenished. The room was comfortable and nice to be able to cook in your room too.

Room was dirty and the pack and play we received had spit up from another baby in it. They were not able to give us another one and said there was nothing they could do until housekeeping was back the next day, so we wiped it down. I asked twice the next day for housekeeping to come do a thorough clean of the pack n play and the sheets were never changed and it was not touched. We went to bring our kids to the car in the parking lot and there was a pitbull without a collar and no owner in sight that ran up to my son. The outside community area was nice and the breakfast had a nice variety, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was super friendly. It was a bit more divulged to find parking due to being completely booked but they can’t help it after a disaster. I loved that they were helping families displaced by the hurricane.

It was a seamless stay. Reasonable prices for a room that holds a family of 5. The breakfast was well done in all aspects.
