We came to stay after a power outage, due to storm damage to our home. Arianna was amazing and provided the best customer service. She was very friendly and empathetic to my situation. I appreciated the extra effort of texting to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was good. We ended up booking a second night and she even remembered who I was. This was our first time staying at a Hilton hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Used soap with body hair left in shower. Crying baby next door.. not in full capacity. Air conditioning was not cooling.

Entire staff is friendly but one person stood out. Barbie is a server who greets you in the morning. Her enthusiasm is infectious and her total recall with each guest is over the top. We stayed Fri - Mon and there were three wedding parties in the hotel. Barbie created a personal dialogue with each one…some travel tips, some dining tips, some family sharing. She had total recall about each one over several days and her attention to each person was fabulous. Hilton needs to clone her performance. Thank you Barbie.

This was a great, clean room. We slept well in the beds and the front desk was very kind. The 1 negative is the bathroom door. It is a slide door and the bathroom does not have a fan. Everyone can hear your “business”. Glad I was with family!

Fantastic property and very attentive staff! They checked in with me directly via text throughout our stay. Great if you have a little kids, there is a pizza restaurant, sushi, Carraba’s, glory days and an ice cream shop. All in walking distance have stayed here before, and will stay again!

The new breakfast pricing is horrible. We stay at least once every month but will not be returning to get breakfast. Not a good deal for a family with kids to pay extra and not even be able to make them a waffle.

The General Manager Mike went way out of his way to assist our family and help us get thru a difficult situation. This hotel is close to Trinity Hospital which was the purpose of our stay.
