Hotel was over-all a really gross vibe. Weird smell and poorly lit upon walking in. The elevator reeked like I don’t even know what. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. Sticky, humid and with moldy ceilings. My child sat on the bed and said it felt wet. The bathroom was filthy, hair on the floors and they were greasy feeling under my shoes too. This was room #226, but after seeing and smelling the elevator and hallways I wouldn’t be swayed into checking out any other rooms there either. We quickly decided not to stay and I would strongly advise anyone else the same. Seriously, so gross!!!

It was good, except the gas fire pit didn't work. The kids enjoyed the hammocks a lot. The pool felt amazing, and the view from our room was very pretty.

While staff did work to.makes things hetter and were kind. We paid for a room the suite and bed was bloody, soiled with gosh know what else (Yellow) hairs all over as it had no cover. Then to top it off bathroom and room dirty ..food items still around and bug crawling in bathroom. Certainly did not received the almost $300 dollar a night we paid for and sadly evrything wlse was sold out and with small kids we had no choice but for a mattress replacement in the room. When we checked in our room wasn't ready. When I ask for a room on the 3rd floor the receptionist told me in a snarly way ( rude) we don't have one in your room type that would be an upgrade. She didn't even look at me. This is the 3rd time we get a night off from kids and we really enjoyed our stay their before. The room was clean . The breakfast was good and the hot tub was great. So overall it's good place to stay.

Amazing customer service! Room was clean, new and beautiful. The sweet lady that handled the free breakfast buffet was amazing. My husband and I slept in since we didn't have our kids. I showed up at 9:55am and she treated me like I had been there when they first opened. She offered to make food that was empty even though we didn't need anything made. She really made the experience wonderful! Front desk girls were amazing as well.

This Hotel was amazing. We did a girls trip for mom's birthday and this made it so very easy to plan. Location- great with in 1hr of everything we wanted to do. Check In- Smooth and very easy. Attendant was very nice and explained everything in detail. Room- We needed a room with 3 beds, so we got the 2queen and pull out couch room. This room was perfect with tons of space for us 3 ladies, to spread out. bathroom very clean and nicely lite. Breakfast- hey. It was good. Simple and food was hot! bacon was great! I highly recommend this hotel if you in the area. We didnt have time to use the pool but we did go out on the grounds to look at it. plenty of spaces for families to jus sit in the sun and relax. Highly impressed!
