It was perfect for my 3 days stay with family. Spacious rooms, great location especially for shopping ! The port is about 4 miles away, which was convenient for me!

The staff were great and the room was clean. Its a good hotel and is in good condition. My only dislike was that its clearly also being used as a halfway house. There was a mix of families and travelers, with a handful of clearly homeless people who the city is probably forcing the hotel to accomodate.

Front desk: clerk that checked me in was friendly but the other one was so rude. I believe her name was Odette. Over the course of a weekend, saw her give attitude to several guests. Lobby is beautiful and smells so nice. Our clerk had cookies to give to my kids, noce touch! Breakfast: standard hotel breakfast. I like their condiment selections. Accommodations: we had 5 on our reservation so why only 2 towels? Had to call and due to time, had to go pick up ourself. The pull out trundle, the sheets found in closet only included a flat sheet, no pillows or fitted sheet. When we pulled out trundle, could see chips leftover from laat guest. AC didnt get cold. It cooled but definitely not desired temperature. Not sure if bigger issue because stepping off elevator, hallway waa warm. Carpet could use a shampoo and refresh. Room qas spacious. Value waa great but i still expect more from a hilton brand.
