Amassing staff and excellent breakfast for the all family. My kids enjoy the stay. Very clean and neat. Staff help us with options when my husband lost his car keys. In less than 45 minutes everything was solve an we were on our way my back home to Texas. Thanks y’all!

Property was convenient to my family's residence and the price was affordable.
I like that the hotel served vegetarian sausages 1 day and turkey breakfast sausages another day, along with pork bacon. However, the next couple days, they served pork only - bacon and sausage or Canadian bacon and sausage. It would have been nice if on each day, they had continued to serve a non-pork option.
Another issue I had is that we had to request additional towels every time during our 4-night stay. There were four people in the room, and we had to request 1 or 2 sets of extra towels every day.

Near numerous food spots and it’s also near the Orlando strip with the fairground thingy (forgot the name ) you can literally walk. Safe for family . Clean clean clean !

I knew house keeping was limited when I booked, but it was almost non existent. We stayed for 6 nights and I had to ask for towels everyday, trash was only taken out once, sheets never changed and room never vacuumed. We also ran out of toilet paper and I had to go to the front desk to get more. The breakfast was average. When the chocolate milk ran out at breakfast, I asked the lady for some more and she acted like chocolate milk was never served there. For my family vacation, the hotel did not help with relaxation and low stress.

Parking at this location is HORRIBLE! There is only parking for a few cars on site, the rest are told to park at a nearby garage. But, in order to walk back from this garage you have to walk past nightclubs and through a construction alley. I did not feel safe doing this with my 2 small children.
Other than the parking, this is a fine hotel. The thermostat did not work in our room, so it was a bit chilly. The cleaning staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great and the staff there were wonderful!
If the parking was fixed, I would recommend this hotel, but as it is right now, I would not stay here again.
