We stayed at the family studio with two queens and a bunk bed. Was very spacious and breakfast exceeded my expectations. It’s close to universal studios; however, the shuttle to it only runs once a day.

Best bang for your buck. Breakfast alone for a family of 4 saves you $80-$100 a day with their free buffet breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Only downfall will be the shuttle rotation. Given that it’s “Across from Universal,” the shuttle should every 30 min or so, instead of set times which if I’m not mistaken, were like 4 hour increments. Could be wrong, but they’re def not every 30 min or every hour.

Stayed for 7 nights with my family while we went to Universal. Loved how close it was to Universal Studios a 5 mins drive. It was also very close to a popular outlet mall. The room was very spacious. I just wished it had a shower instead of a tub in the bathroom, just a personal preference but I loved that the sink was separate from the bathroom. This made mornings so much easier. The best part was one of the hotel staff Kadeem! He was so helpful and made the place feel homey. Overall I recommend this hotel.

I would recommend this Hyatt to everyone!! From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were treated amazingly! The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic and beyond helpful to me and my entire family! Thank you! Thank you!

Everything was amazing, staff was very helpful. Would recommend for families. Walking distance to Universal and International outlet mall. Would also like to mention Alex was extra helpful in making our stay memorable.

Would highly recommended this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. There are lots of little details that make traveling with a family alot easier. Breakfast spread was a great variety. Could walk to universal if you wanted in about 15-20 min or an uber was $7.00.

We would not stay again because of some of the clientele of the hotel. We didn’t like that we had a large group of young men in the next room partying and smoking marijuana at like 3 am. The smoke was coming under our adjoining room so we had to stuff a towel under it. We had two children in our room who could smell it. It was hard to sleep with the loud noise. The hotel did not appear full so we were disappointed that the front desk put them next to us. We were only staying the one night so there was no point in complaining. There was another room that had someone pounding on the door to be let in but that was at least during the early evening. The breakfast was good. The room and pool were nice. The front desk was friendly.
