So affordable for families, it was a perfect place to rest our heads after a long day.

This was a roomy clean suite perfect for my family of 5. Pool was cool and clean and shaded. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We walked about 5 minutes to the restaurant and back. Cozy, clean and perfect.

Outdated and rooms are humid Parking is difficult.staff aren’t friendly l.Breakfast is limited to pancake and cereal.
Staff aren’t always in the reception.i think to check in it took me fifty minutes.
This hotel is probably ok if you are single person looking for accommodation but not ok for a family.

The room was clean, the pool was clean and the staff met my familys needs upon requests. We had a great time. My son loved the pancake machine at the breakfast buffet, it was a big hit.
The only the I would change would be the amount of ants at the pool area. The pool was clean and there were clean towels provided however a large amount of ants surrounded the pool deck and patio furniture. Other than that, everything was perfect! 😁

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. Friendly staff, clean rooms, free parking and we appreciated the free breakfast and shuttle to Universal. Shuttle leaves once a day at 825am and return time of 525pm from Citywalk. We then took our vehicle back to Citywalk to park for free after 6pm and drive back ourselves at the end of the night. You could also walk if needed. It would be about 20-25 min walk to Citywalk. The pool was good for a nice cool off at the end of the day, and never busy. There is no restaurant in the hotel, so plan to get food off site or order delivery. They did have mini fridge and microwaves in the room, so that made it convenient if you wanted to have microwaveable food options, and storage for leftovers etc.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay off of the Universal resort.

Everything was wonderful with our stay. Hotel is super convenient to Universal Studios. We were able to go to park in the am, come back to room, eat lunch & rest, then hit the park wide open again late afternoon. Breakfast was good- pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, corn flakes & fruit loops, toast & bagels, oatmeal, and fruit. Pool was clean & open from 9-9 daily. Only negatives to room were: shower/tub had few small rust spots around the drain, 2 of 8 pillows were really flat, & tv tended to freeze a lot- just for a few seconds, sorta annoying- but assuming that was connectivity issues & normal for them since it was both our room and dining room as well. Again- these were minor things and definitely will not keep me from staying here again on family’s next visit to Universal!

We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. It is within walking distance of Universal Studios, offers breakfast every morning and is within walking distance of several restaurants. The hotel is great for the price we paid. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere. We stayed with our three kids and found it comfortable and clean.

We were looking forward to staying here with our young children because we always had good experience with Best Western hotels. But this room's bathtub is not clean. You can see some cracks and stains. The water got clogged during kids' baths. Also the carpet looks old and unclean. Breakfast has very limited choices. This Best Western hotel needs to do some renovation before it is a BW Plus.

Ok as a basecamp. Booked this hotel because of the pool and shuttle to the parks. The pool was closed for a couple of days and very cold. The fire alarm started sounding one night because the batteries hadn’t been changed and we weren’t compensated for the inconvenience. Not even an apology. The shuttle to the park was overcrowded and warm. A kid threw up on several passengers on the way to the park.
