Hotel Landy Was beautiful upon appearance but quickly turned into a nightmare while visiting. We did not get room service and had to wait extended time just to get towels. Our key stopped working and the Hotel Manager was unable to reset the key and told us the Hotel lost master key and there was no way to get in (despite my kids being sleep). I was told to wake up my kids after an hour being locked out. Hotel manager said she would compensate my stay and never did

The Landy is great proximity to Icon Park and Universal. Perfect for a quick family weekend getaway. The hotel was clean and cute decor. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The pool was a perfect way to end the day of sightseeing with a refreshing beverage. Would stay again!

This place definitely worth your money. I admit I did judge a little bit about the hotel’s appearance at first, but it look completely different after you walk in, fresh and clean. Supper friendly staffs. They got good breakfast, they also got a Starbucks in lobby open at 6:30am which is really nice for ppl who wake up early and taking kids to theme parks. Room is big and very clean. Everything is perfect. My bf and I had a great time here. Will come here next time!!!

My family enjoyed our stay at the Landy hotel. It was clean, nicely decorated and the staff were very nice. My kids loved the back yard vibes playing corn hole and ping pong and the pool. It felt very safe. My kids wanted to go for a night swim while it was rather chilly and when we got down someone was putting warm blankets on every chair for all the parents watching their kids swim..i appreciate customer service like that. I never had to ask for towels. Every evening when we came in from the parks our room was spotless and refilled. The customer service was impeccable. I will definitely book again

Very nice clean hotel, very safe, stuff was very nice, change of towels every day, the only think you couldn hear someone next door using the hair dryer. Some kids talking on the hallways. Other than that very nice place to stay. Be prepared to pay for parking.

This was our first time staying at the Landy hotel, we will be back for sure! The restaurant was amazing and our kids loved the options. The pool was clean, a little chilly but fun. The beds, oh the beds! They were so comfy. I usually don’t like hotel bathrooms because they seem cold and blah but it was beautiful and clean. We had an ice machine on our floor, mini fridge and cable. The outside area was pretty fun too, cornhole and other games to play on the lawn while you eat. There is a game room, a very good gift shop in case you forget something or if you wanna buy a souvenir. There is also a market place/starbucks in the hotel. The staff was awesome, they were all very polite. We don’t usually stay in hotels because it’s always yucky but this hotel, like I said, we will definitely be back.
