Excellent budget friendly hotel for large family! So comfortable with the 2 bed suites and mini kitchen. Food court and starbucks on site with very good selection! If in a big group like us, will definitely stay again!

Amazing hotel from start to finish! The service is excellent and the rooms are spacious especially the 2 bedroom family room. The friendly staff could not do more for you … they were just brilliant! One of the best things though was the shuttle bus service to/from Universal theme parks. It ran every 10-15 mins. Excellent service. Also this hotel gave you early access 8am to Islands - another benefit!

We have stayed at Cabana Bay which has more food options. This one was a good alternative, quieter, less crowded, more low key, less line at Starbucks which I frequented for food too. Front desk needs a little more staff to lessen wait times. Maid service was great. Shuttle to Universal parks. Highly recommend the 2br suite room which was perfect for us and our 2 adult kids each having a queen bed. Would stay there again!

It was a great place to stay, it would have been even more beneficial had we been visiting Universal Studios daily due to the free transportation. However while we were at the hotel the experience was great. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were great for our family. The only negative is the price of the food and drinks.

The hotel is just "okay," but it's overpriced for the type of room offered. There was a bad smell throughout the entire building. The beds and mattresses were terrible, and the bed sheets looked dirty and old. Overall, the hotel needs more maintenance. It might be suitable for big families with kids visiting the parks, but not for couples. The atmosphere is very loud, and the cleaning staff is extremely noisy in the hallways at 8 AM. The only positive aspect, and the reason I'm giving two stars, is the convenient transportation to the park. However, I won't stay here again and prefer other Universal resorts.
