Room and property were very clean, breakfast service was awesome. Service at the restaurant for lunch, dinner or anytime in between is just slow, food was great at dinner and lunch both times. Pool was great for the kids. I usually stay at SLS Brickell, but the pool gets too rowdy after 2pm for the kids. Thank you Jet

My family and I stayed here for one night after our cruise and really enjoyed it. It was a short 10 minute Uber ride from the cruise terminal. The hotel lobby was beautiful and the room was very modernized and spacious. It was raining so we weren't able to use their pool. The WiFi was great as well.

I chose this hotel because it got such great reviews, however, there were just a few details that made the stay less than optimal. 1. the staff is VERY inexperienced, which was very frustrating! Clearly, they did not get much training! 2. There were children in the pool after 10PM... when many adult patrons were trying to chill on the rooftop, the noise was unbearable and most left! 3. requesting fresh towels on day 2 was such an ordeal, you cant just request from housekeeping, it has to go through the front desk, who never answered the calls. 4. The hotel food was less than enjoyable. Save your money and go across the street to Publix! Like I said, the property has so much potential, just a bit disappointed with the execution!
