Great property! Lobby was great had a-lot of little activities to keep the kids occupied while we checked in. They held our luggage for us because we flew in early. So we were able to drop them off and then go explore miami for a bit before check in. They had a waitlist for early checklist so we were fortunate enough to get into a room by 12:30/1. The pool was our favorite part! The views were pretty. For adults it was open for us to use at night and such a great experience.
The lobby has easy snacks and drinks for purchase for convenience. We would certainly stay here again.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The oatmeal was very very watery - like soup and there weren’t many eggs available. The juice was also very watered down. The pancake maker was fun for the kids and there was a good selection of bagels and yogurt.

Deziree, Tatiana, and the rest of the staff were so friendly and amazing. It was some of our families first time in Miami and they were very kind throughout our stay.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. Everything seemed well maintained. Breakfast was great and the lobby even had a pool table and board games to entertain the kid. The only complaint I have is the 35 dollar a day parking fee seems rather high. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Property was nice overall. We expected a better breakfast but loved the lobby, games, seating and pool area.
The rooms are super small but the lobby seating allowed for gathering with family and friends.

The hotel as well as Expedia do not make it aware or clear that parking on site is $35. Or a person can park on the street with metered parking, but vehicle would need to be moved by 7am the next day.
Not a lot of choices as far as vending options on site, only literally a few choices (keep in mind if bring kids)

Stayed for a couple nights with my family and really enjoyed our stay. The facility is new and clean and the staff was very friendly. I appreciated the added security of needing a key card to access your floor when taking the elevator. My teens enjoyed the pool table in the lobby, as well as the pool and fitness center. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea down in the lobby at any hour and the ice machine and water station on our floor. Believe me, that water station was handy as Miami is hot and expensive. And complimentary breakfast? Yes please. Like I said, Miami is expensive so I was glad to save some money on a meal. Our room and bathroom was clean and well stocked with pleasant smelling toiletries. The beds were firm and comfortable and the street below was quiet. My only critique would be to do something about the doors. Those heavy doors slam shut so we’d have to be careful about holding the handle and slowly closing so we wouldn’t make so much noise. Couple things - If you don’t mind doing some walking, there are some restaurants within a half mile or so. Also, there’s no self laundry on site but there’s a laundromat up the road about a mile and a half away. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would gladly stay here again.

What I like the most about the hotel is that the room we chose was just the right space, clean, and had enough body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet tissues we needed during our stay there. It was great that the AC was working properly and there's no bad smell. Plus easy access to the pool, billiard, gym, breakfast, water. Good security where we had to use our key to use the elevator and locks for the room door works great. Best of all it was a "No Smoking" room and floor my family and I stayed in and the bed & pillows felts great. Not only that but the blackout shade for the window helped tremendously to sleep better.
What I didn't like is that we were able to hear everyone who made noise passing by or standing in front of our room door during our sleeping hours and early morning when we wanted to wake up late. Since I'm not an early bird, I wished they had closed the breakfast area/food between 10:30am-11am, instead of at 10am on the dot. I was only able to make it in time for breakfast were 2 days out of 4...
