Pool is under construction and not operational. They do not advertise this. However, we had a pleasant stay other than our kids being disappointed. Lady at front desk said it is on the website but it is not.

Was not informed until I got there that the pool wasn't working, they could not open the pool table until 5pm. So there was nothing for my kids to do for two days.

NO POOL!!! Even though this hotel is advertising a pool, this location's pool is not functioning until later this year. After a long day of traveling, our family was looking forward to sitting poolside as it was hot/humid and we needed a break. No luck - pool is under construction. The hotel was offering you to use their sister hotel's pool. YOU pay for the Uber fees and they will reimburse you with credit to their "store" of snacks. Not worth it! Overall this hotel wasn't worth the price. Many other hotels in the area that are way nicer, friendlier staff and has a pool.

Check in experience was horrendous. Went at 3 pm and was told room was not ready even though check in time is 3 pm and I had booked room (paying full in advance) 4 days earlier. Was told they would have a room in 30 minutes which turned out to not be true. After waiting in the lobby with small children for so long decided to leave and tell them to call me when room would be ready. Did not end up getting a room until close to 6 pm ruining plans for that day. Never again.

We stayed for a cruise because it’s close to the port and they provide a shuttle. Free breakfast included and they have a bunch of shopping and food around the area that is in walking distance. Pool was a little small and hot. Definitely a family hotel when we were here. Not the fanciest place I’ve stayed but worked perfect for what we needed for the night. Slept very well AC was nice and cold.

This location is perfect! They also gave us 4 drink vouchers for the pool/lobby bar. The location is in a safe area. Overall. I loved this hotel and would recommend to my family and friends.

We travelled as a family group, staying in two rooms. The hotel is in a great location, with bars and restaurants within a short walk. Parking in the hotel car park was a little expensive ($39 per 24 hrs), but so is parking in other places locally. The rooms were lovely. Clean, spacious and furnished very well. The beds were comfortable and the black-out blinds worked a treat. We would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves in the area.

My family stayed a night at the hotel just before our cruise. The area had plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly. Overall the stay was pleasant.
