Amazing I don’t want to stay anywhere else when I visit Miami this a perfect location close to the beach the restaurant downstairs is great they make you feel like family!

First time staying at this boutique hotel. Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. It was very centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The only problem we encountered was a non working NEspresso machine in our room but the waitress downstairs for breakfast more than made up for this. She made wonderful espresso drinks each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.

Great location, clean room, elegant setting. The breakfast is very good ( no huge selection, but fresh, tasty), the staff is very sweet ( knowing we are a family of 4, they made the couch into a very comfy bed when we checked in).

The room was facing a wall and had a super noisy venting system in the bathroom that would run 24h without an off button. The room ceiling showed water seapage issues. Even after I spent most of the morning and the afternoon out of the room with th hotel sign at my door, the room was not made. I had to be begging for cleaning service to come to my room. The hotel is not adapted for strollers or wheelchair. There are small stairs on the main entrance and again in the breakfast area. It was a pain to move the baby around and staff would just watch without offering any help. Same with luggage - no help. Will not be coming back, this is not a 4 star service or facility. I do not know how they received high marks.

Overall it was OK. Check in was smooth. I had a few complaints. Breakfast was very slim and dint have enough food for the guest and no clean tables to sit at for breakfast and the staff for breakfast was not friendly. Also, for some reason they had a kid working there appeared to be with one of the workers and the kid was all over the place and yelling at the top if their lungs, which was very unprofessional to allow their kid there and disturbing the customers. I will not stay there again after these issues.
