We always enjoy our stay at the Lowes Coral Gables. The conveneince for us to stay in the Gables where our family lives is PRICELESS! The staff is always amazing. Looking forward to staying again very soon!!

Property was beautiful and new but they had a wedding on the lawn with loud club music until 11pm and my young kids weren’t able to fall asleep. It was vibrating our room and shaking the windows.

Great property. Pool was cold and hot tub was non functional which was disappointing as kids were looking forward to it, and they didn’t have much to do.

Overall a great place can be spoiled by poor service and poor billing. The place look and feel is new and wonderful, and its location is perfect for access to the heart of Coral Gables shopping and business. The failures are related more to not applying stay credit and breakfast credits, giving you a free late departure and then charging you, billing you for two cars when you only had one, and charging you $100 in mini bar fees for moving items in the mini bar to make room for baby milk and food.

It was just perfect! I was there to be close to family member who was ill. I wasn’t interested in shopping or dining anywhere off property. The staff, room, dining options and relaxing early evening by the pool were wonderful.

The hotel is beautiful but its noticable new with checkin staff not knowing how to talk to guests. we reserved a deluxe room and arrived at the hotel at 7pm. The lady to check us in mentioned that she had to check something and went to the back. while standing there another attending came who checked someone else in in like 2 minutes and explained everthing from the property. After that we asked him to check what was going onwith our checkin and he went and came back to say that there was an issue with the room. Apperantly they overbooked and they offered us a "free upgrade to a junior suite. And the lady took our payments gave us a card and told us about a pool gym and spa and was done. We asked about breakfast and she mentioned the restaurant behind us, we asked what are the times and she just said 7 am. Totally uninterested and very rude!!
When we got into our room, we quickly noticed that they put us in an accessibility room, so no upgrade but just the cheapest option to move us. The room was nice, its new, the bathroom was very basic. then we tried to connect to complimentary wifi, which kept asking to choose a plan and pay by credit card. We contacted front desk who couldnt solve it and asked us to contact it.. We left it at that since we were staying one night.
The next morning we went to the restaurant for breakfast, but they only had a al cart options...Overal its a nice hotel, but it still has a LOT of hiccups so maybe wait at least a year before staying here.

I stayed at LCG with my family for almost a week. The hotel literally just opened for business the week prior. From the moment we pulled up to the valet to the moment we checked out and pulled away, literally every detail was amazing. The views from the rooftop pool are great, our room was perfect, the lobby experience is so good with the lounges, bar, open concept restaurant and the location is just perfect. Miracle Mile is a few blocks away, Brickell is 20 minutes max. Kayla the LCG concierge also makes miracles happen. She is awesome! Thanks Kayla for going way beyond my expectations the other day and making a very memorable day for my family happen.
