I paid over $700 per night for a junior suite and was extremely disappointed that the room DOES NOT include a mini fridge. Then the Biltmore has the nerve to charge an extra $35/night if you want them to bring you a mini fridge! Totally ridiculous.
Spent an entire day at the pool, which is very nice. Fortunately, I went down early enough to reserve a day bed for us. It was very expensive but we enjoyed that more than the regular chairs & umbrellas which are right on top of the people next to you because there isn’t enough room to space them out very far. Poolside service was good, but not great. I wanted to order a frozen piña colada, which is on their menu, but I was told that it was too hot outside for the machine to make frozen drinks. Apparently the folks at The Biltmore have never heard of a blender & ice cubes. So that was another disappointment.
All the employees were very friendly. All the food & drinks we had were very good. The property itself is beautiful.

The Biltmore is a wonderful hotel. It’s a beautiful property - think of a Las Vegas hotel done with class. Beautifully decorated throughout in a mixture of Spanish and Italian Renaissance architecture. The enormous swimming pool is the biggest i’ve ever seen. Like a couple of Olympic pools joined together!!!
My junior suite was beautifully decorated. My only complaints are the size of the bath - too small - and the lack of drawer space. The last one is odd given the size of the room.
Had a fantastic buffet breakfast and the food shop does amazing stuff to take away.
The area around the hotel is very residential so to get to restaurants and shops you will really need to drive. But it keeps the place very quiet and provided very nice walks admiring all the houses.

The Biltmore is elegant, opulent and a destination. We stayed so the kids could enjoy the massive pool and we relaxed at the pool.

Beautiful historical landmark hotel. The junior suite has very little drawers to store clothing. My toilet was leaking water from the bottom and the writing desk was lopsided. The restaurant, Fontana, their service was slow and uninformative. For example, the breakfast buffet has no apparent omelette station. However, hearing others ask the wait staff, you need to ask the staff behind the buffet station that you want an omelette. The bathrooms do not have an exhaust vent so you will have a foggy mirror after showering. The hotel is very secure and parking is free and there is ample parking if there isn’t a wedding or another affair going on.

The Biltmore Hotel is the definition of "Old World" luxury.
Every aspect of The Biltmore was "Top Shelf", especially
their staff. From check-in to check-out the staff were outstanding. They were friendly, courteous, & efficient, attending to my family's every request and/or need.
Our room was elegantly appointed, very clean, & VERY comfortable. The food we enjoyed at the hotel restaurants was excellent. The public areas were beautiful. My daughters loved the pool area. I wish we could have spent more time there and definitely will return on our next trip to Miami. Thank you for a wonderful experience Biltmore Hotel

We stayed at the Biltmore for 3 nights beginning on 3/22/23 and our stay was pure magic!
The hotel is immaculate and the junior suite was beautiful! The staff was absolutely excellent and so accommodating. The restaurant and cafe were perfect. The grounds were perfection. We enjoyed the pool and the fitness center was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!

Pretty disappointed with this Fairmont. We stayed in a junior suite as we had 3. Room was located on the first floor wing and, while I have no idea about rooms on other floors/locations, I can’t remember staying at a place that had worse sound proofing. You hear EVERYTHING on this floor - the people next door brushing their teeth, showering, etc. Your hear very loudly anyone in the hallways (whether they’re talking or not) so plan to get up early. Service was very poor as well (seems understaffed) and while there were many examples, I’ll just give one. Due to delayed flights we arrived at 3am. Person at front desk came out and said nothing to us. After about 1 minute I said hello and still very little from him. There were 3 of us and he checked us in to the junior suite which had a king and a pullout. We went to the room and the pullout was not made up (which I understand) but the mattress had nothing on it and there were no sheets or blankets in the room. So I called the front desk and was told that they don’t do anything in advance but that he would call housekeeping. Maybe he thought the three adults were sleeping in the king together? Food service at the pool, while friendly, was also incredibly slow (again I think understaffed as it took 45 minutes to get someone to take our food order. The hotel is very old and ornate but could use some refreshing. Very good food at the restaurant.

We came with our 5 kids, everyone is nice and helpful
Rooms were awesome, large with very beautiful view on the golf and the swimming pool.
Great time, all was perfect
Just the gym is forbidden to kids below 16yo so I could have my 14 years old training with us
