We were really disappointed with this property. There were quite a few guests in town for a basketball tournament, the property didn't seem prepared for such a large group. The toaster was broken, there was only 1 waffle iron, breakfast wasn't replenished in a timely manner. Some families actually left to get breakfast elsewhere. The pool appeared to be clean but when I got out of the water, there was a film of dirt on my bathing suit. Other guests notices the same film of dirt on their swimsuits as well. The staff didn't seem to be equipped to handle complaints, they were very dismissive.

Although my family and I only stayed for one night. It was a very pleasant stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and felt very welcomed. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was very good and my kiddos loved the fact that you could make your own waffles. There was an amazing lady who worked there who was so nice to my kids and gave them stickers which they really loved. I’m sorry I didn't get her name but she was so nice and caring. If I’m ever in the area again. This will be the place that I would choose over and over again.

My 6 year old discovered a used Dildo underneath the bed to which my children grabbed it possibly exposing them to some sort of disease. Only solution offered at this time was to come remove it and clean underneath the bed.

Room was kind of small but functional for what my family of 3 needed as we were not planning on staying in the room more than to sleep…. Breakfast was great and coffee, tea and lemon water was always available… cups leaked but drink faster and no issues lol….close to all the shopping anyone can handle and easy access to interstate…

Our family lives this hotel. Our room is always comfortable and clean, the people are very friendly and we just enjoy our stays here. Kids love going to the “little store” by tue front desk for their ice cream at night and we love the breakfast. We have been here many times before and will be back again.

Not a good place to stay, check in staff was good but the room is outdated. Too few pillows compared with other hotels in the area, desk chair was worn out and leaned to one side. In room coffee maker was old style and only had coffee for one day, it was not replenished when housekeeping came in. No where to store clothes other than some wire baskets in the cabinet lived out of our luggage while we stayed there. Very outdated. Never received a receipt when I checked out for the taxes and fees paid. It was also noisy with kids running in the hallway and people talking loud. The only plus was it is pet friendly.
