This is always our go to hotel for one night when traveling to Florida. The 2 queen with sofa bed suite is huge and is perfect for our family of 5. Clean hotel and beds are comfy.

Lobby looks great but the rooms are little to be desired. Older air conditioners; I had to examine very pillow to ensure there wasn’t anything on them as 4/8 pillows had make up still on them which made me question if sheets were even changed; while I did bring my dog, it doesn’t seem there is much cleaning in between each guest-hair was all over the place. Highly disappointed after coming there with my 3 children.

The initial room that we were issued had water damage and the bathroom wasn’t even cleaned. Arriving toward the evening with 3 children this wasn’t acceptable. We asked for another room and got another suite but the was hardly any lighting in the room and it looked like half the furniture was missing. Felt dirty.

We were greeted by Mechal at the front desk who was friendly and personable. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast had good options and the pool area was enjoyed by the kids. Kudos to the staff that run this hotel- job well done!
