We found multiple baby spiders on our nightstand each night, otherwise room was clean. There was a fire on the third floor the morning of checkout. Had to lug our stuff down 5 flights of stairs… took four trips. Breakfast was decent, but very hectic in the breakfast area.

We had a first floor room and had kids and adults running up and down hall nd in lobby until around 4 am. All were very loud in the lobby area as if I a bar

We had a terrible experience last weekend. We booked one night for Memorial Day Weekend, the room was okay, no toiletries on the bathroom sink, not enough towels/sheet for the 4 people in my family. But for just a night, we didnt want to complain. However, the toilet was not working properly at night. In the morning before our checkout, the water in the toilet just overflew, dripping from the bottom. It was so much water that it flooded the bathroom and it started getting to the room. We had to rush and leave the room, trying to contact reception. We literally had to pack everything in 2 minutes and leave the room with the kids panicking. It was like a pipe burst open. Have no idea if we forgot anything behind because we had no time to check. We spoke to the cleaning ladies and they said it had happened before. Disappointing!

This was by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in, in the Ajax area. Bang for buck you will not find a better deal. My family and I were very happy staying there. It comes with a free breakfast and then rooms were cleaned daily, which is a huge plus. I will DEFINITELY stay there again.

This is your typical ageing Holiday Inn, with cheap scratched up furniture and old tub-shower combo. Night clerk had an attitude, and looked like a homeless guy. Very noisy, with a children's baseball team running unsupervised in the corridors; management did not address this aggravation. Everything worked, and bed was comfortable, but I would not go back here for the price.
