Nice hotel and clean and very convenient location. I had a leak under my sink and it was fixed right away. The girl at the front desk when I checked in was extremely nice and personable. On the other hand, when I checked out, there was another girl who was rude for no reason. I believe she was there from the night before. She has long orangish faux locs or braids I can’t remember. I asked her about checking out and immediately her tone was off putting talking to me like I’m a child and telling me to put my card there (in the key basket). Then I asked her if the food area was closed and pointed to the back because I couldn’t think of what it was called and she looked at me crazy and said “excuse me?!” with and attitude. I clarified again what I was asking and she said oh it closes at 9 (with a harsh) tone. I’ve worked in customer service plenty so I don’t give passes to being rude for no reason.

I highly recommend this property to anyone who stays in Boca Raton, its very clean and cozy and its perfect if youre visiting a child at Florida Atlantic Univ. The hotel is less than 1 mile from the campus and right off of I95 and the prices are very reasonable

My entire stay with the staff was terrible. When I first arrived I asked the girl at the front desk if anyone can please help being that I had a baby with me & her response was “We don’t have bells man here?” As if I was asking for something so out of reach. I had a BABY on my hip with Bags & had to go to the 3rd floor. Next is the safety, it should be NO reason why back doors of the hotel or just open with using a key to get in… that’s very concerning. NOT to mention going outside the back door of the hotel and seeing employers sparking up a blunt to smoke… this whole entire stay was a joke. I asked for a MICROWAVE for my stay TWICE because the lady in the front response was “well I have to find you one, we might not have anymore” like what?? the whole stay was very interesting and i won’t ever book this hotel anymore what a weekend I had.

only two towels in room for three people staying in room, had to wait in line just to get more towels, only one agent working desk during checkout- line was ridiculous, room was not adequately cleaned, my kids noticed what actually looked like blood splatter near the ceiling on the wall and behind the curtains leading out to the balcony and something that looked like blood on carpet (see photos) no restaurant for the “ breakfast” more like a juice bar, I expected more from Sonesta!

There was no coffee for in the morning and one of the workers wanted to charge me to use the toaster. Our family will not be returning. Very disappointed
