Left only an hr after we arrived. Didnt even unpack. The place is dingy and had a moldy scent. The lock to the front door was broken, the bathtub was disgusting, and we came across spiders by the bed. Even though we had booked this place 3 hrs prior, and requested a refund within the hour we arrived, the manager refused to provide a full refund. The place felt unsafe to stay with my children. I had no choice but to acceot the partial refund, and drove 5 min to Springhill Suites which met our needs. Stay away from this Residence Inn.

Be careful when your booking the two bedroom loft they have the right to change your room at no notice I even emailed the hotal when I bookedto Ensure that my reservation was not changed.Because this has happened to me in the past.However, there was no courtesy call when I got They're, the reservation was changed to a standard room.They did give me 2 rooms However , my children had to stay in a unit separate from me So be aware that these hotels are using these platforms to get business But they have no intent on giving you the upgraded room at a discount rate that you see .So when you get there, you will be downgraded back to a standard room.So they get your business because they know It is short notice and most likely You're going to stay there anyway.

Space was great for family of 5. Clean and comfortable beds. Our room had 2 bathrooms and and full kitchen.
Staff was very nice and breakfast was good.
Would definitely stay here again.

Although the property didn’t feel terribly dirty, it is very outdated. Felt over priced for the conditions. The property is in the middle of a commercial area of business offices, can’t walk to anything near by. Need to drive 10 min to get to anything. My kids enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Was happy I was only there for one night.

I love the 2/2 bedroom and bath. great set up, enough amenities for kids. Breakfast was great. My kids enjoyed.

This was a wonderful hotel. We stayed 4 nights and didn't have any problems. The kitchenette was nice to have, and nice clean rooms. The rooms were spacious with more than enough space for out family. The only problem we had was that our bathroom door was broken so we couldn't easily close it.

The room is spacious, staff is super friendly, breakfast is good, location fine. What i did not like is the combination hotel, extended stay Guests ? Drinking alcohol en smoking pot for a hotel which is very attractive for traveling families Also the last night of our stay it appears they had a party of animals running around in the room upstairs Could not sleep only after 0300 AM when it stopped , was a short sleep as I had to wake up at 0500! They really should select who they allow in the rooms upstairs as the floors are not isolated

My family with children checked in only to find a massive ant problem the very first night into the following day. We notified management and they said they’d call us by the afternoon to switch rooms. Nobody called. By day 3, we went over to the office to inform them again that ants are on everything- the table, the chair, the counter, upstairs on laptop… they seemed confused about why we weren’t moved yet even though it was the same person we spoke to on both occasions.
We moved into the second room across the way which seemed a tad nicer, we were wrong.
The next morning, not only did I find ants everywhere again, but also cockroaches. Disgusting and unacceptable that there are other reviews like this and they haven’t had pest control handle it.
The carpets are old and dirty and need to be replaced for sure, as well as the furniture. It was a major regret booking this hotel. Very much a 2 star at best.
We called the general manager by day 4 to inform them we are leaving 3 days early and getting another hotel somewhere else and we want a refund for the entirety. We’ve also contacted Marriot corporate and have her to hear a response.
