Came for an Easter visit to see family and the hotel was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. We will stay here again

House service was atrocious, we stayed 7 nights (always stay there when visiting our grandchildren) and had one time where sheets and towels were changed. And that one time they changed sheets to a size that didn’t fit and they easily came undone. We asked a housekeeper to fix the sheets and she ignored us. So that night we had to change the sheets ourselves. Other than that place was pretty good.

The hotel was nice. The only drawback were the loud kids running up and down the hotel hallways, hitting random hotel doors. I blame the parents, but it did take away from our experience.

The room had a moldy smell. The toilet backed up after 1 use. House keeping were sent up with a plugger because there wasn’t a maintenance person on-site. Then the next morning the toilet backed up again. Housekeeping was sent up again but nothing he could do. They finally gave us another room after going back and forth. Same issue with the toilet. At first it flushed really slow then it backed up. Never will my family and I stay there again!!! I had 2 children under the age of 3 and that was unacceptable!!!

Employees were very friendly and super helpful. However, rooms were not very nice. We got into our room and were greeted by a large (but friendly) cockroach in the middle of the floor. We went back to the receptionist to request a new room (which was given immediately, thanks for that!) and our new room was roach-free. There were obvious hairs in the bath/shower that were not cleaned, and the closet doors were broken and did not open. Everything else was fine, but this was definitely not the Hilton standard for a hotel. Would not recommend this place to a friend/family member, might as well go with a cheaper option for the same experience.

The hotel and everyone was so friendly and clean. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.
