Sheraton Hartford South Hotel

My extended family and I stayed at the Sheraton this month while traveling. I have stayed in another Sheraton and knew what to expect. Pros - staff, housekeeping, and the lobby are pristine. Con - the rooms are a nice size BUT there was a moisture in the air. Our bath towels were always damp and while the AC ran, it was never comfortable in the room. I asked the other family members about their rooms, and they experienced the same wetness and slight smell.

My family loves going there for a last minute getaway. The place is dog friendly so that makes it even more pleasing. My husband, daughter and nephew enjoys the pool while i relax in the room with our puppy who also enjoys hoing there. Its a nice and quiet place. Rooms are clean. Pool area is clean. I can order food from uber or door dash and they can find the place with no issues. I only wish every room would already come with a mini fridge and microwave that would make it more easier for me. I carey with a cooler so that the kids milk won't spoil. Overall we enjoy going there. Staff was great always friendly and very nice.

staff was always friendly and there to help when I had questions. Hotel was very clean, the kids loved the pool. Overall I was very impressed with my stay here at the Sheraton and I am definitely returning back with my kids. It was a good getaway and well worth it.

This was out 2nd stay for me and my daughter. She loves this place because we get to go see grandma then go and enjoy some swimming in a quiet clean place. Our room was very clean, very spacious and this time had a mini fridge which is what i loved. Traveling with kids you always have to have water and milk for some cereal incase the restaurant is closed. There aren't close restaurants to walk to so having the mini fridge is what i loved. Hoping they start doig that to all rooms and maybe a mini microwave as well. Hotel is very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful when i needed help. Feont desk was very nice. Only issue was that this time the hot tub wasn't working. Cant wait for another stay soon.

Decent hotel. Beds were comfortable. Shower was decent. TV was above average. Breakfast buffet was decent but it was a tad bit expensive. It would be nice if they had it for free. We asked for a cot and they gave us a baby crib so that was a bit of a disappointment.

We liked how quiet the hotel was and how clean it was. We also liked the pool area if we needed towels they came very fast and brung clean towels. Only thing i didn't like is there is no mini fridge in the rooms. When traveling with kids we need a mini fridge at least to keep milk fresh. Other then that place was great.

My kids loved the pool!
