Mohegan Sun

We came in on a Sunday evening and waited in the Valet line for at least 40 minutes before being ushered around to the front. At least 2 cars with children had to let their significant others and children leave the car because they had been sitting so long. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or this is a regular Sunday issue. Other than that, the stay was lovely!

I didnt like how the most hotest days of the summer they have their thermostats to not go below 67 degrees especially being on one of the highest floors. When asked to see why it wouldnt go lower, only VIPs get the option to put the thermostat lower. For the amount charged per night especially for the weekends its a slap in the face to the client. Remind you the days my family and i stayed was 90 degrees weather. Certain parts of the resort were hot as well.

Cosmetically the place is very good, but the room we stayed in had a problem balancing the A/C unit. When I came in the temp was about 72 and felt a little cool, and when we dropped it below 72 it was uncomfortably cold and anything above 72 for some reason triggered the heat. It was a constant yoyo of adjustments. Also, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I have back issues and recently purchased an extra firm mattress at home and the mattress in the room we stayed in in the Earth Tower was uncomfortable and caused my lower back to act up. The facility itself is beautiful, but the prices on the restaurants were outrageously overpriced, and venturing outside of the complex, while it could be done, became extra difficult without knowing the area. Food was overpriced and not great for the amount spent. Traveling with an older family member who was 97 became a chore on her legs with the distance between different parts of the casino. A belt that speeds things up to different parts of the complex is something to consider, like ones in airports.

Had a wonderful one night stay with my 2 grandchildren. They loved the pool!

This was my 2nd time staying at Mohegan Sun, earth tower. Clean and bright rooms and comfy beds. Travelled with family and everyone enjoyed it.

It was awesome kids cant wait to stay again soon.

I loved the I can walk with kids and family in the entire casino and everywhere else arou the place.

It was a Tuesday and the pool was freezing cold. My kids wouldn’t go in it. And the hot tub was disgusting with floating yellow foam on top of it.

My daughter turned 21 we met family and had a great time

we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for non smoking, but the room have a very strong smoking smell that we have to set our baby sleep in the bathroom. Then we have to switch our room the next day. With a total cost over $1400 it's definitely not the right quality and not worth it, there are much better choices around with half the price.
