Our family was at the hotel for a month. Our stay was excellent and the staff went above and beyond with our family and our dog. From valet, maintenance, housekeeping, front desk, assistant mangers and restaurant staff, we were well taken care of during our time. The hotel is clean, safe, well maintained, close to many delicious restaurants and within easy walking distance of Yale. The rooms and beds are very comfortable!! The staff was phenomenal, it was tough to leave after such a long stay. We highly recommend this diamond of a hotel in New Haven.

Anthony at the front desk went above and beyond to help us—we are here with a family member in ICU at Yale. We aren’t sure how long we will be staying and Anthony has been very compassionate and helped us cobble our stay together night by night.

Great hotel in the heart of everything! Beautiful room and bathroom, and perfect for our family for a night's stay. Only disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn't open on weeknights, but otherwise great!
