Quality Inn & Suites West

We have stayed at this facility several times and have always been extremely pleased with our room. We were not disappointed this time either. We have family that lives in Pueblo and this is our go to Hotel.

Nice hotel in West Pueblo. Conveniently located off of Hwy 50 and in excellent location. Near to shopping, fuel, and many dining areas. They are pet friendly and have an indoor pool and spa to enjoy. The included breakfast was great and customer service was awesome. But, the neatest thing for us was the complimentary pink lama duck that was on the tub. We are jeep drivers and this little lama was a perfect addition to our "duck" family. We even named the lame "QWest" for Quality Inn & Suites West.

Great one night stay while stopping by to see family in the area. Check in was easy, the room was nice and clean, it was quiet and comfortable overnight and the breakfast was more than expected.

The stay was really good until checkout time. Wendy the manager on duty was extremely rude and completely ruined everything. All because we wanted to do a late checkout. She refused to let us finish getting ready by pounding on the door while my girlfriend was about to get in shower and made her leave immediately. She proceeded to say that because we didn’t book the room thru my choice we couldn’t do a late checkout. If she would have handled the situation differently we could have had a way better experience. There is more to the story but that’s all that matters. We will no longer be staying at this hotel needless to say. Which is unfortunate because it’s right down the street from my family’s house. I have been staying there for years. But no longer will I be staying there.

There was a real feeling of family in the management even though I don’t think they were family and they were just so happy and friendly and helpful. It made our stay so much nicer getting advice on where to go. Great starting the mornings at the wonderful dining space that was the best complimentary breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Awesome stay and I highly recommend it!

We have stayed in several spots in Pueblo and even though this is a bit out of the way, it has been the most pleasant so far. We will make this our go to when visiting our family in Pueblo. Extremely friendly staff and very clean.
