Best Western Plus Eagleridge Inn & Suites

Pool was not open and there is construction going on in all areas of hotel. The advertised breakfast is supposed to be open until 9:30 am. They advertised their custom omelettes and French toast made to order. My family showed up at 9:05 am and the staff person said rudely the kitchen is closed. I told the staff I thought it was open until 9:30 and pointed to the sign that said same thing. He again said the kitchen is closed and we could go to Cracker Barrel across the street. Totally uncalled for and I will definitely not be staying at a bear western again.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times since our child began attended CSUP. It's very convenient to the school and the breakfast is excellent! Great staff.

The room was dated, though spacious. Plenty of room for a family of five. There were some stains on the wall near where the sink is. The bathroom was tiny- sitting on the toilet the door would open and hit you. The shower was so high it hit the back wall and we were unable to reposition it. The tub would not hold water for our children to take a bath. There was no hair dryer. The carpet in the main bedroom was wet (and we checked in at 10pm so I doubt it was freshly cleaned)- possibly condensation from the AC unit? There were no extra sheets or blankets for the side bed. Breakfast was good. Cereal, yogurt, toast and bagels. There was an employee on-site cookie made to order omelets with plenty of options: cheese, veggies, sausage, ham. Overall, the stay was just okay. We have stayed at much nicer places for less.
