Hampton Inn & Suites Pueblo-Southgate

The heated pool was a hit with the kids during the cooler temperatures. The free breakfast each morning was both a time saver and a money saver as well! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Thank you!

Tried checking in 4 times.. property did not have confirmation # on file. Had 2 children after driving 3hrs. In the end needed to purchase a room so family and I had somewhere to stay. Waiting for Expedia to refund...

unsafe environment, people broke into my car and i stayed for only one night. would not recommend especially if you have children

Hotel was overrun with kids - some kind of local baseball tournament - if we had been told when we made the reservation -would have stayed elsewhere. Kids running up/down halls all evening. No towels first day. Could not get to breakfast next morning - too many kids eating all the food like they'd never been fed. Next night some guest or local setting off fireworks in the parking lot at 2am - nothing was done.

We stayed a week, and we were extremely content. We had a room on the first floor, which was so very quiet. Our room was clean, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was just right for us. They had many thoughtful items available for your comfort - such as a freezer with ice cream and frozen dinners. If you didn't want to go out for dinner - you could find something to heat in the microwave. Coffee was always available. There was a Pizza Hut and Taco Bell within walking distance. Pool was small, but great at the end of a hot day. The hotel was convenient to the interstate, which helped with our sightseeing. And, they had free high-speed wireless Internet available to everyone. I just don't get why the "better" hotels continue to charge for this necessity. Since we have family in Pueblo - we will certainly stay again.
