This place was a gem. It’s very well-run and has a lot to offer for couples and for families. Dinner at their restaurant was excellent. We want to come back and stay longer.

Very smelly room, stale , not aired prior to guests arrival. Our family was 2 buildings away and it was inconvenient to get together. Mattress very uncomfortable

Hot Springs were amazing. Staff was friendly and addressed any concerns we had promptly, there was a maintenance issue with our cabin and the property managers addressed our concerns and fix the issues fast. The family had a great time. We will be visiting here again.

We had a fantastic time! We loved our cabin and the location was perfect (right near the slides and infinity pool). Our only suggestion is that we had a party of 8 and there were no linens for the couch bed. Thankfully we had bright our own beach towels to use, but otherwise our kids would have been on a dirty mattress. Other than that, we had a great time & enjoyed the property immensely!

Bessie at the check in desk was super friendly and welcoming at check in! Thank you for that! The creekside hot springs were closed. We stayed 2 nights in a two queen bed room. The room was very basic. There were only four towels and two wash rags for 3 people. The faucet needed fixed. There is a small fridge that wasn’t very cold & a microwave. There is one small wardrobe with 3 hangers that you can’t actually hang clothes in unless you take out the ironing board and find somewhere to put that. There are no drawers to put anything in. There is a bench against the wall under the tv to set things on. The pillows were small and not very comfortable. The sheets were soft, and the mattress was pretty firm. My lower back was pretty sore both mornings. The water slides were fun. All the pools are pretty warm. The hot springs sometimes reach 140 ° F. The view from the upper hot springs is gorgeous. There are two family pools at the bottom that are nice and warm. There is an adult only infinity pool which we did not get in but looked nice. We ate at the steakhouse (Mary’s) the first night. The steak (14er med rare, $35) was pretty average and the Bison burger was good but nothing was really superb or better than average. It was not really worth the price they charge. The server was very knowledgeable though! There is a market place there that has great pizza for $12 and toppings are free! I would maybe split with another couple and get a cabin next time though. Not worth $700!

Avoid this place! This was a horrible way to end an otherwise great Colorado vacation. They close the waterslide at 5 PM, and you can’t check into the hotel until 4pm. So, the waterslide is virtually useless if you have kids and you’re only staying one night. The Hot Springs Are open to the public and in high use. There are private hot springs for hotel guests, but you cannot use these if you have a child under the age of 16. You’re forced to use the public Hot Springs, and they are pretty gross. The facilities are extremely dated and dirty. Our room cost over $300, and it is similar to a Motel 6 hotel room. The walls are paper thin, the carpets were disgusting (stains), there was mold in the shower, and there were two holes in the ceiling. I’m not exaggerating. Do not fall for the allure of this place. If you want to go to the Hot Springs, you can just buy a pass. Stay somewhere else. The food in the restaurant is extremely overpriced. There’s nothing on the dinner menu under $28, so imagine trying to feed some kids. So we purchased pizza at the market, which was basically stale Gas station pizza. The entire property is extremely dated. For example, they still use physical keys (metal house keys) For all the doors to the rooms. This was such a disappointing experience. The rooms should cost $80, not $300!

The food was great, the service at restaurant was great, location was great, overall it was a nice stay. However, the hillside room beds are awful!!! The sheets are the worst sheets ive ever slept in. You definitely need to upgrade your mattresses and get better sheets. I slept terrible for 3 nights after long days and with a baby. So unfortunately I don't think we will be back due to the rooms
