Not as lovely as the photos on the Web, but a nice family stop for the evening.

The parking wasn't convenient, but we felt safe with our vehicles within sight. The room smelled musty, probably because of old accommodations. Everything else was clean and we had lots of room for 5 adults and 3 children. We may stay here some summer. It was perfect for a night of rest before heading up the mountain.

I booked a trip for family and selected pay at property. They charged my card before anyone from my party arrived. Charged multiple cards. One room and an alarm going off so moved room. Was charged for both rooms. Front desk can’t reverse charges. Only manager who never seems to be there can. Thousands charged to two different cards with zero effort to get refunded. They state only Expedia can refund. Expedia has made every effort to contact hotel. And because it was pay at property Expedia can’t make refund. Only hotel. This place was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Please do not stay here.

This hotel is fairly simple, clean and no frills. They have everything you need post ski like an hot tub annd a fun community fire pit. They customer service was outstanding as well. The front desk helped us prolong our stay bc of a storm and had clear communication our entire stay. Also, one evening while at dinner our dogs decided to be escape artists and the lovely man at the frond desk informed us they were out playing in the snow playing and realized they were unattended. When he reached out he was so sweet and said please don’t rush back I have them safe and sound in the lobby and I am actually loving their company. I’m so thankful the Inn took care of us and our furbabies!

What a cute property! Driving in, we were greeted by a group playing music around a bonfire outside. In the lobby, a sweet family was having a meal and offered us a portion from their slow cooker. Check-in was very efficient and friendly. The pool, hot tub and weightlifting room were well maintained. A quick one minute drive and we were in town for lovely shops and restaurants. Right on!

We stayed two nights with our two adult sons and their girlfriends. Our nephew who attends Western Colorado Uni visited in the evenings. Great space for us all. We enjoyed dominos and a large family dinner each evening. Pleasent drive to Crested Butte Resort in the morning. Enjoyed breakfast and professional kind staff. Will book again next season and reccomend to family friends.

We stayed in one of the 3bd cabins. The rooms were sized well, and the master was extra large with a king bed as well as a pull out couch. We had 2 families of 4 (4 adults, 2 teens and 2 under 12s) and it was the perfect size. The kids all shared the master bedroom and the adults each had their own rooms with queen beds. The property is a bit dated, but we would stay here again. The employees were very nice, helpful and put out a decent breakfast.
