Courtyard by Marriott Denver South/Park Meadows Mall

Fabulous! Nice staff, clean room, I got what I reserved, there was a bar, the pool was warm and kids loved it (but 5yo could not touch)

I stayed in the suite with my son and mother. It was very comfortable and nice to have a separate room for anyone waking earlier. I wish children werent allowed after 10. Two nights we went to the hit tub and thing children were yelling and screaming having a great time. They were good kids. I just couldn't talk to my family because it was so noisy that i couldn't hear.

The hotel is a great place to get some rest close to lots of amenities. The front desk staff were without a doubt the friendliest and helpful people I have ever encountered at a hotel. The breakfast although had to pay a little extra I felt was worth it for our family of 4.

Very clean and family friendly place didn't like that there was no coffee at front and the coffee shop didn't open tell later for the early birds like us

My family and I stayed at this location during some home renovations as sort of a staycation. I was impressed with the property because it looked elegant while still being affordable. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! I loved that it was in walking distance to Park Meadows mall and dining options. It is also conveniently located with easy access to I-25 and the Denver Tech Center.

Last two times I stayed it was so noisy an couldnt sleep in. Was awakw by 6 am cause they didnt let me know there were teams of children staying here this visits been more pleasant

Quiet, comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was light but fine. The manager gave our kids free snacks on our way out which was super nice!

Our room was nothing like the picture online. It was tiny and didn't have the table or couch featured in the photos. I asked if I could pay for an upgrade but was told there were no other rooms available (even though I hardly saw anyone else in the hotel). I asked multiple staff members why our room was different than the one on the site. I didn't get an answer. It was frustrating. They offered blankets so we could make a bed on the floor for one of the kids. Needless to say our stay was not great.

The hotel allowed a very early check-in since we were visiting for one night after an out-patient family surgery at a nearby clinic. Plus the patient had to return to the clinic the next morning for two appointments. Usually hotels are pretty quiet... unfortunately the fire alarm began ringing (a false alarm) which continued on-and-off for the next 5-6 hours! YIKES!! Terrible sound and impossible environment to even sit in the room - much less rest after surgery. Crazily, it was more comfortable to be outside in the 90 degree heat. Poor choices... Finally sometime late evening, the ringing ended for good after many hours of work by the fire alarm tech and the fire department! WELL DONE!! WOOT! Y'all ROCK! We were rather upset about the ridiculous situation and kept asking the front desk if they would help us relocate to another hotel (although most were completely booked when we checked). In the am they kindly allowed us a late check-out as well!! We went to our Doc appts and when we returned to check out there was a nice letter from the GM: Mr. Steve Firstenberg who gave us the FULL CREDIT for the cost of the room due to the unfortunate circumstances! WOW! Great recovery as well as fantastic integrity and thoughtful customer service by him and everyone on his team. We would definitely return!

The staff here is very friendly! They went out of the way to quickly replace the burnt out light in our bathroom. The pool and work out room are not large. However, they were the perfect size to play with the kids. The hot tub works well and all was very clean.
