This was our first time staying here with a 15 year old & an 11 month old.I thought it would be a nice treat to stay here because we had a 8am flight Thursday before new years weekend.While our check in process was smooth other things weren’t.I had notified the property at the time of booking I needed a crib we didn’t get one when I asked for one they didn’t bring it so I had to call again. My son also had spit up some baby formula on his sleep sack and pajamas and because we were traveling I only had that one set of sleep sack so I called to see if they would allow me to use laundry service or if housekeeping would not mind helping me because we would have nothing else for our trip. They told me no because it’s hazardous waste. That bothered me because I’m pretty sure you guys clean up worst messes and I just had two things to wash. I was shocked and said are you serious and the front desk said yes but we can throw it away for you if you’d like.no I told them this is all I had. So that wasn’t helpful at all. Then I valeted my car with the hotel for 5 days 4 nights and when I went to get my car it was pulled up but it was like they were holding my car hostage until I paid which I was going to but it was late my kid is tired and freezing and I just wanted them to be inside.I did pay inside $180 the remainder of my bill die I striked out too but the guy goes I think so and so has had your car pulled up&warmed up. Wanting me to tip.the car was parked for days I gave him cash tip

The main reason i booked Westin at Denver Airport was to keep my kids busy at the Hottub during the morning so my wife could work before we hit the road. When we got there, the hottub was closed dur to maintainance. The big pool is beautiful but is cold for little ones. We were pretty disapointed.

Check in was totally ridiculous… 4pm checkin, got there at 6:15pm not ready… 7:45pm not ready… three kids tired.. multiple calls to front desk with promises of call back, never happened.. paid too much for this honestly.. Forcwhat they charge for these rooms my family should been taken to our room by horse and carriage.. lol It was a rip off and hotel didn’t care at all.

Being in at the airport is the only plus for this hotel. I have stayed at many hotels that cost over $600 per night and this was the most bland check in I have had on what I considered a premium hotel. If I am traveling alone; I would not stay at this hotel again. The location is very convenient when traveling with my kids.

This is a pricey but convenient option if you want to come in from the mountains the night before to ensure you make your flight. I was very sick and coughing to the point where I knew I would need another room as to not keep my entire family up at night. Katherine at the front desk was so understanding and gave me a discounted rate that night and even extra water. I really appreciated them working with me and will for sure be back.

The Westin at DIA is a great place to stay the night before a flight. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and offer great views. There are plenty of choices for dining, and the pool is a fun way to fill time with the kiddos. The stat is friendly and very accommodating, and you can't beat the convenience of being attached to the airport.

I had specifically spoken with a staff member at the Westin as I knew my family of three would arrive after midnight and I wanted to have a room which could accommodate us. I was told the king had a sofa sleeper and that was our best option. So I booked that. Upon arrival, they do not offer king rooms w sofa beds and had no rollaways.
They did put us in a Queen but it was still challenging that late at night having spent time beforehand to prevent this situation. 🙃

I got in after a long flight, they told me I had no reservation, I can’t stay there, it’s sold out. My wife and kids were exhausted and the front desk manager was arguing with me that I had no room booked!!!! I had confirmation on my Expedia app, my email and a printed copy. I paid on full prior to arrival. Took 2 hours of fighting to get my room. Worst customer service ever. Oh and and after we got in, I went back down to lobby, no food options by that time since took 2 hours of fighting. So I bought grab n go items and they were moldy…..

If anyone is checking in with kids, please tell them the golf closes at 7pm. We went down too late to play. Also makeup wipes would be great too.
