The first night we checked in we went to the pool at night and there was this family with a bunch of kids running around being loud, throwing football, played loud music, their whole family filled up jacuzzi hottub all night, we couldn't get to use it. The second night we woke up to a party next door at 3-4am, being so loud talking, played music, slam the door, etc. Element usually our preference to stay because it's so nice and clean and big room. I know its not hotel's fault on guests action, but I wish they would monitor guests more and warn them if they disturb others. Other than those two we had a great stay.

The only thing about my stay was the floor cleanliness. The carpet looks vacuumed, the hard floor was not mopped at all I don't know. My feet and the kids feet got dirty from walking around in the room only. Other than that, everything else was excellent to perfection. Kid friendly hotel is a plus. Would've been all five stars in each category but the floor cleanliness was dirty in my room. I didn't switch rooms though since I loved my room location and floor. It wasn't super bad to the point of switching rooms. Definitely would still stay at this hotel again though. Liked the area and loved how the room was spacious and clean to a certain point.

Great place along the 101 if you’re visiting the Bay Area. Breakfast buffet was great and everyone in the family had something they liked. Lots of other families with kids, and the hotel had a family-friendly vibe. Safe surroundings as well.

Extremely beautiful hotel. Friendly staff at check in and at the complimentary breakfast. Room was a multiple bed studio and was absolutely stunning. Super clean, comfortable and perfect for my family of 5. Pool was warm with pool side towels and a spa. Plenty of seating, both lounge and regular chairs.

I never write reviews but this hotel was absolutely outstanding. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in. We were here for our daughter’s gymnastics competition. The room was extremely roomy and comfortable. Everything was clean. The complimentary breakfast had so many choices unlike typical free breakfasts. The pool was heated so the kids could play while we enjoyed the large hot tub. 10/10 would recommend.

The wife and I took the grandchildren (4) to Great America Winterland and stayed at Element Santa Clara. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. With the questions we asked or getting extra bedding sent up so helpful. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was more than our grandchildren could handle. Will always look to stay there since we cannot find a better place and the hospitality Element provides!

VERY pet friendly (dogs) with lots of areas nearby to walk them. Pet stations on site, in case you ran out of doggie bags. Room was super clean and breakfast was nice with amazing coffee. The crew that worked the breakfast hours were awesome and friendly! Thank you Element Santa Clara for hosting our family during busy Thanksgiving week.

Loved it! Great customer service, easy check in. They offer breakfast buffet which is awesome. Overall very clean, and really nice hotel. I stayed with my family, and we had a really good time here. Pool area is very nice and has plenty of spaces for relaxation.

Loved this hotel. Room was large and comfortable for a family (two queens + one sofa sleeper). Full kitchen. Pool area was fabulous! Breakfast was decent. Only complaint was that they did not notify me housekeeping was only by request.
