Bristol Hotel, Boutique Collection

I chose this property because it served breakfast, had a tub, free parking and was close to my kids. The room was large and comfy. A little outdated but all around suited the needs.

The Bristol Hotel is a lovely, quiet place to stay in an area with condos and apartments. The location is perfect for us because we have family in a residential area near by. It has easy access to the freeways. Campbell and Los Gatos are not far and both places have numerous restaurants.

Just the most recent stay where I always overnight while visiting nearby family. The construction and similar, quiet-seeking guests provides for absolute quiet amidst the comfort.

Visit my daughters family several times a year in Campbell. I always stayed at the same Inn prices kept going up and room conditions kept going down. Read the reviews on the Bristol Hotel thought I'd give it a try. It far exceeded my expectations. Great service,clean rooms,and a great breakfast for a outstanding price for the area. Will be staying here from now on when we come to visit.

Wonderful, but short stay. The hotel is a real gem. Perfect for future stays when visiting family. Very clean, beautiful decor, good breakfast, very nice and helpful desk agent.

The staff were super helpful and very nice. The breakfast had a nice selection. The only thing I'd change is having tea in the rooms, not just coffee. This will definitely be our place to stay when visiting family nearby.

Very impressed the first time I visited, so I brought my wife the 2nd time for a family visit. Very disappointing. Bathroom had black specks that I was able to brush aside, so my wife and I kept our sandals on. The room was warm (80) due to a heatwave so I put the air conditioner on high and temp to 69. It did not cool down to 76 until 4AM!!! It was cooler outside and even in the hallway, but you could not open any windows and I didn't want to leave the door open. It is a nice boutique style place so maybe this was a slip and I will try one more time.

I'll take it every time. I visit family and always have a nearby, comfortable and QUIET room. I've grown accustomed to this place!

Want quiet and nothing more than a very spacious, clean and comfortable room while you find your fun elsewhere in this beautiful area? I visit family and then get a good night sleep with confidence that there will be similarly inclined fellow guests. I rarely even hear a voice or movement in my neighbor's room(s). I hope it never changes.

I booked this hotel for my family visiting all the way from New York.  I was unbelievably disappointed by how unkept their room was.  The bathroom was dirty and there was even hair on the towel and wash cloth.  The sheets were dirty and caused their skin to itch so they put them on the floor for house cleaners to replace them.  The housecleaners didn't so my family was going to ask the front desk but I just bought them new sheets.  However, they still asked the front desk the next day and stated that the guy was super nice and was quick to help. The room did not have a microwave and there was only one in the breakfast area that was super small and old school with a dial.  At least my family stated that the breakfast was good.  I am so confused by how highly this hotel is rated on Expedia.  With the overall disappointing experience my family felt towards this place, I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
