Hotel Los Gatos

Nice staff. Pool area was too small. Same family got all the seats for two days.

Probably stayed at the Hotel Los Gatos more than a dozen times and each time I’m happy I did. Not only does this property have it right in terms of accommodations, it’s staff is well-trained and know how to make their guests feel special. I generally stay in the back building above the pool but my usual room wasn’t available so I stayed in the lobby (kidding, I was in the back building but without the pool view) — still comfortable but without the allure of the pool drawing me in. Unfortunately due to Covid the pool wasn’t equipped with chairs but I was still able to go dangle my feet sitting on the side. The area around the hotel is equal to the property with fantastic local shops and restaurants that make Los Gatos the gem that is. I highly recommend the Hotel Los Gatos.

This is our preferred hotel when we're in town to visit family. We love the hotel, spacious rooms, decor, design, and warm service and courteous staff. Plus there's a Michelin Star restaurant on the property! We will stay at this property again! We highly recommend and will stay here again!

What a beautiful property and convenient location! We stayed with a group of friends and appreciate places with character and comfort. The pool was warm enough for a swim on a cool day, we easily walked to the bustling main street, and the public library was right next door providing a place to take a kid-friendly break. The check-in time was strictly 3 PM for us arriving on a weekend, but there was plenty to keep us busy while we waiting.

Good location , lovely Suite with fireplace and 2 balconies , Quite location and felt safe , friendly service and would highly recommend to friends and family .
