La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Francisco Airport West

First time stay here and we love it. Quiet and clean place. Breakfast is good, we wish they have bacon as well. Warmed pool is a plus. My kids enjoyed their swim. We love the view from our room, 3rd floor, beautiful courtyard. The big guy that work in breakfast station is great customer service. The girl at Front desk when we checked in was nice, I forgot to ask her name. Highly recommend and definitely coming back.

Lower the property, very clean, staff is very friendly. They even offer me different parking options that are not even available on the website. Overall very good staff. Breakfast was also great! All around a very good place for a family too

The staff was kind and professional. Exhausted after a long flight needed dinner and a good nights sleep. The phone in the room would not dial out. Tried contacting the Front Desk and they were too busy. Walked to a near by restaurant and it was just closing. Went up the street to the Chinese restaurant past the huka bar, which had excellent service and their Chinese food was good (fresh ingredients and greasy.) Back in the hotel room some TV channels were available and I fell asleep in a very comfy bed. The bathroom was nice and clean. Awoken in the middle of the night by a "spa bath" or something above, but was too tired and did not care, fell back asleep. Not a traditional coffee maker in the room. Excellent choices for free breakfast in the morning. Again the day staff was supper nice and professional. Would stay here again. Looks like the pool and mini gym would be nice to use in the future. ***Unlike other areas of SF, did not see any homeless, nor people living in tents, nor anyone begging for social services or food. Seemed like a safe area for adults, women, and children with their families to walk (within a few blocks every direction of the hotel) at night. Would recommend for travelers using SFO airport or if you would like to go swimming.

Dirty. Called the desk to complain about kids ran up and the Down the stairs. Front desk do nothing. Breakfast-just cereal and cold hard boil eggs. So much money for a aweful hotel

Rooms were clean. But the hotel was undergoing construction. Pool was nice for my kids. And they had coin laundry -which was nice. They offered an airport shuttle, but it didn't start until 5am, which isn't helpful if you have an early flight like we did (at 6am).

It was so good,we realy enjoy the hotel,the reception was awesome,I forgot their name ,but We saw two ladies there,so nice with good manner! But we have not good wifi in our room,so upset about that! The guy that worked in the kitchen didn’t have good behavior with my kids,He talked a lot during breakfast time with people and to be honest the place was so noisey!

Great room for the price. It was actually like a studio apartment. Comfy bed and roomy enough for 2 aduls and one or two kids if needed.
