Beware: Hyatt thinks a King bed sleeps 3 people. We reserved a room for 2 adults and 1 child with an age of 13. The first search result was a King room, which we selected. At check-in, we were told that there is no sofabed and they won't do a rollaway bed. They expected that we'd have our son, who is larger than his mom, sleep in a king bed with us. Ridiculous.

Highlights: Convenience. I’m traveling with a family of 7, so because we can take the tram to our terminal, we’re able to drop off our rental cars and relax on the day of travel. Also love that this place is clean and has a luxurious feel

Fatal flaw. . .hotel is a seemingly great option if you have an early flight the next morning. But walls/doors between rooms are paper thin and I got no sleep. Defeats the purpose. Had to get up at 4 am to make flight. In bed by 10 pm, at 11:30 pm, family with small children checks in to adjoining room and kept me up for 2 hours. Initially thought they were in the all making all that noise, but when I went to door to check, realized all the sound was pouring through door that connects room.

Needed a nice sleep for our family in way to Hawaii and this hotel was close, immaculate and so convenient. Also surprisingly quiet even next to the airport.

We had a 7 hour layover in SFO with a toddler so I booked a room for 1 night to sleep and recover before our final leg back to Hawaii. I informed the hotel ahead of time that we would be arriving at 12:40am which they were fine with. Our flight was delayed and they were ready to check us in in less than 5 minutes (@2:00am). Store in lobby had instant ramen and cereal w/milk for us and we were upstairs showering, eating and sleeping by 2:10am. They provided at wakeup call and there is a nespresso in the room. Amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better pitstop. Will definitely be staying there again if the need arises (which I kinda hope it does now).

The service at this hotel was amazing from the moment we arrived. We were pretty stressed as we were a family of four traveling with 8 large suitcases and 4 carry ons. We also had a bite car to return and were trying to figure out the easiest way to do this. Teresa Chen at the front desk helped us make all the arrangements and stored our luggage for us on carts and have us a late checkout. All we had to do the next afternoon was come down, collect the luggage carts, and take the airtrain to the airport. It was the most stress free travel day ever! I definitely recommend staying here before a day of travel if you have an early flight or a long journey to the airport. He had a runway view room and my son really enjoyed watching the planes. There are binoculars provided so that you can watch the planes that are at a distance. The beds were very comfortable and the room was extremely clean.

Perfect for our needs, thank you. Cot requested for our baby was already set up and baby toiletries included upon arrival, so these were appreciated touches when we just needed to crash from jetlag. Thanks again!
