The people on the 3rd floor directly above our room sounded like elephants most of the day and night. I believe it was a child jumping up and down and running wild. It finally quit around 9pm.

People in the lobby were very friendly and helpful. The gal at the front desk had a small dog my granddaughters loved. They always wanted to visit Bobbie, the dog. Great location and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We had a king family suite with a balcony and a harbor view. We were able to watch seals and otters frolic in the bay in front of us.

Not as upscale as we'd hoped, but very comfortable and clean. Neighbors very close and kids coming and going.

Great location. Staffs are super nice. Very clean. Fun little town with many pretty art galleries! I had a nice relaxing time with my family!

We love this hotel. Unfortunately, our check-in was unpleasant. We arrived early, knowing that we might not be able to check in, but expected to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we picked up family at the airport. We were told no to that. Eventually it worked out, but it tainted the check in.
