SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western San Jose Central City

Stayed here for the night while traveling home with our kids. Overall I would say our stay was good. The pros. The lady who checked us in was super nice and check in was easy. We told her that we had lost our iphone somewhere in our car so she called our phone for us. The breakfast was really good. I showed up for breakfast a few minutes before 9:30. The gal that was putting away everything was very sweet and said I could dish my breakfast up. They had the standard fare. Bagels, cereal, fruit and yogurt. They also had eggs & turkey sausage. The eggs were good and the turkey sausages were ok. The room was clean and the bed was exceptional. The cons. There weren’t enough parking spaces so you had to park in the parking garage. Since there weren’t any luggage carts you had to make multiple trips to unload. The area was a bit sketchy but not too bad. There was a pile of empty beer bottles outside our room. The walls are thin when someone uses the bathroom you can hear the water from flushing from another room. It was a bit noisy outside too. At 3 am someone was making a racket out in the parking lot. Was difficult to get enough sleep.

The breakfast was amazing! My family ate it everyday for four days. The sauna was a great add on. Loved my stay!

it was a family trip and booked 2 rooms. Checked in was easy and very friendly staff.

Low toilet, good for a child. Old property, but adequate. It’s located on a very busy street.
