Do not even bother with the ridiculously expensive buffet breakfast. It was absolutely terrible and cost 150 for 2 adults and 2 children. Most of the food was inedible. The staff was really nice though.

Took the family to go watch the Giants stayed at the marquee great hotel to get to the ballpark friendly staff I like gave us gave us great ideas for dinner and lunch

Booked the room and reservation saod it slept 6, we have a family of 5 and we walked into a huge room with 1 king bed, we had to call for 2 rollaway beds but were charged for them.

Had a great stay with two adults and two kids in Dec 2024. Although I forgot my glasses in the room after check-out, May from housekeeping helped to relocate and give them to my sister who was still in the hotel at the time. Lots of amenities like cinemas, malls, nightclubs, pubs and restaurants within walking distance nearby.

Problem one was the parking cost. Expedia showed 91.20day, hotel email had Oversized Vehicles starting at $102.90. I thought I would be charged on the lower end since its a Chevy 2500, we got charged $199.50 for one night. I explained to parking manager that how is it that it was so vague on the calculating of parking and there should be more explanation so then I could decide before booking if I want to pay double for parking. So we got denied the request to waive the difference by Hotel and Expedia. Roll in beds where so uncomfortable, could feel the wires, kids could not sleep and got in our bed, the manager refund but said they are open 24hrs, I explained I shouldn’t have to call in the middle of the night, it should have been obvious to your staff that beds either need to be replaced or add padding. The dinner and breakfast food in restaurant is good but Expedia pricing was different kids breakfast was $17 when I got the bill it was adult price of $35 for kids again hotel refused to honor that price and referred me back to Expedia. So lesson learned ,we need to compare pricing from Expedia with hotels to make sure it’s correct. There was no empathy that the pricing was different from Expedia and hotel, it’s not about the money its about that information should be correct and they didn’t not make me feel like a valued guest by adjusting small amounts of money compared to what I spent there at restaurant and bar when we could have gone elsewhere to eat and bar.

Stayed in sf to see play with family

This is an excellent hotel in a fantastic location to base yourself and explore San Francisco. Standards are very high, rooms are fantastic and the bed very comfortable. Some of the services are a little pricey, but the standard and quality is excellent. The only thing missing for us as a family was a pool. If there had been one, this would have been a five star review.

Great location, very clean! The staff was amazing, and the food option was good too! Very family friendly.

I must first say one of the reasons I picked this location was it is centrally located and they claim to have an indoor pool. My kids were highly disappointed to find there was no pool. The hotel is very nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Would stay there again for sure.
