Hotel Nikko San Francisco

We stay here annually because of the staff and the quality facility. Sadly, we cannot eat at the restaurant or in room dining as much as we’d like because we have family with celiac and the restaurant has limited options. We have enjoyed breakfasts, but that’s really it.

The front desk employees went above and beyond our expectations. Gordon helped sort out our family reunion parties by putting us all on the same floor; he helped us store a cake for the day and then providing us with plates/cutlery; everyone was super friendly and helpful! We loved our three night stay. Thank you! We will definitely recommend to our friends!

The space was lovely but I particularly liked the bed in the shower. I slept like a baby and the shower water pressure was just amazing. I did talk to the staff on a a number of occasions and they were very responsive and nice.

The hotel was very convenient to walk to the convention center, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The view was spectacular and the room was comfortable. The pool was a nice plus, but the "adults only" hours were not enforced by staff, so it wasn't easy getting pool time without children. Still, it was a great perk to relax after a long day at the conference. My one big complaint was that the hotel bar was overpriced. We were going to order a bottle of wine, but we asked the price since it wasn't listed. The bartender told us a bottle price that was the same as 5 individual glasses. That's not right. You should always get a discount when ordering the whole bottle. In the end, we got just one glass and went elsewhere, so missed opportunity for the hotel. Other than that, definitely happy and would likely stay again.

Adult swim hours for the pool don't work with kids. Both the morning hours and the evening hours were right when my kiddo wanted to swim - and we stayed at Nikko for the pool.

Our family of four has a wonderful stay! Staff was very friendly and attentive, and the hotel room was very nice and clean. We will stay again!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again. If you’re looking for a nice city view, the junior suite was fantastic.

Hotel Nikko is a wonderful property. Friendly polite staff all around. Our junior suite was very spacious with lovely interior features and colours - very soothing. One and a half bathrooms, very comfy bed, city/water views. We would return to San Francisco simply to stay at Hotel Nikko. Anzu restaurant has a nice selection of unique cocktails - food was delicious. 5 stars in our book.

My family and I just love going to this hotel it’s amazing food is delicious, and the pool is perfect.

The stay was great for our family with two kids The pool was heated but was very crowded during non-adults hours. The staff were friendly. The beds we had were two queens and the room was big for four and good view at 22nd floor. The room service was good but was surprise upon checkout they havent added to my checkout bill. So i have to wait for it later. Overall a bit pricey for parking at $74 for our mini van.
